Our mission is to empower, nourish and house our residents; create a welcoming, positive environment for our team; and to treat all we interact with--from clinicians to coordinators to visitors--with kindness, respect, empathy and honesty.
Empower, nourish and house our residents
How we treat our residents every day impact how they feel every day. We aim to treat them with dignity, cook healthy meals, encourage empowering activities that promote independence (such as cleaning, working, and being congenial), and overall equip them with the right skills for life.
Create a welcoming, positive environment for our team
We want our team members to feel welcome to provide leadership with constructive criticism and feedback, and we want leadership to be able to give our team members feedback of their own with kindness, patience, and fairness. Overall, an environment of warmth, dedication and openness is created for our team members.
